Day Two of getting out on water and land!

Passing through Lemaire Channel. Early landing day. Not sure if I can do this one. Yesterday afternoon's crazy Zodiac adventure took it out on my left knee! Doesn't hurt perse but wobbly (as many of you know I ended up with a knee replacement 6 months later. Not from injury but OA).

Fun fact...takes twice as long to shower when at sea.

Somewhere in the middle of Antarctic Sound...hitting the gas to avoid possible nasty weather on the way back through the Drake Passage. Drake Passage, Point Wild, and beyond

Good morning my friends! Finally escaped my room and gout thanks to bringing my meds and a big steroid shot in the a$$ from ship's doc. I didn't take pics of that. Latte in the Panorama Lounge. Seas are a bit rougher and colder but not bad. Elephant Island One of our daily lectures about what we saw and the plan for the following day What we have to wear when going on land.
